2. Ordering & Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept a wide range of secure payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna.

  • Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted connections and comply with PCI DSS security standards. We do not store your sensitive card details.

  • Can I cancel my order? Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an item is in transit, you must follow our standard return process.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship? Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? Total delivery time is approximately 4–9 business days. This includes 1–2 business days for handling and 3–7 business days for transit.

  • What is the order cutoff time? Our cutoff time is 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • How can I track my order? Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also use the "Track Your Order" page on our website.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return window for unused physical books in their original packaging.

  • Are there any restocking fees? No. We charge $0.00 restocking fees for all returns.

  • Who pays for return shipping? If the item is damaged or incorrect, we pay the shipping. For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
